Neyyattinkara Municipal Authorities replaces the Signboards of Christ Nagar, Neyyattinkara in Neyyattinkara municipal limit

During the months of November 2013 and January 2014, Neyyattinkara Municipal authorities (in Trivandrum district) replaced the signboards of Christ Nagar in Neyyattinkara Municipal limit. We, a number of residents in this area by contributing our savings affixed two green and white reflector signboards and one ordinary signboard by the side of the road in different places in the locality. In fact the signboards were installed off the road without affecting the traffic and commuters in any way. However, behind the Order of the Honorable High Court of Kerala to replace unauthorized hoardings that were affixed by the side of the road to reduce accidents, the Neyyattinkara Municipal authorities replaced the signboards of Christ Nagar also. However, they didn’t replace other signboards in other areas of municipal limit. We committed our great effort in installing the signboards in the last Easter day of 2013. Now our efforts were in vain. We know that the reason behind replacing the signboards was the use of the word CHRIST in it. The Bible says that “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer”. Dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, we believe that we can reinstall the signboards again with a proper authorization from the authorities concerned. We also request the disciples of God around the world to pray for this purpose. The three photos of replaced signboards of Christ Nagar have been displayed below. Here the local word “Nagar” means city/town.
